How long do Asics gel KINSEI last?

Question

I wear my shoes about 4 years, and run a lot in them. For the price, should these shoes last that long? They cost about 140-180. Theyre the kinsei 1, not the latest kinese.

i wanna say only 300 miles

Heavy use last 8 to 10 months (good performance).

yeah they should!!! thats expensive!! they should last you a while at that price.

If you only run 2 -3 miles each time, then as long as the shoe is holding up, you can run in them for ever.

But, if you are doing any serious training (40+ miles/wk), then, it should last only about 500 miles.

Usually a pair of running shoes are good for about 500 miles. It has been my personal experience that they are only good for about 300

In generally running shoes last anywhere from 300-500 miles. I know that is a huge difference but how long a shoe lasts is dependent on a lot of different variables. You have a good pair of shoes so it should last you up to that 500 mile mark. But there are other things that could make a shoe not last as long, for example the type of surfaces you run on all have an affect on how long your shoes last. Your shoes won't last as long running on pavement as they will running on grass. If the shoes get wet a lot they won't last as long as shoes that stay dry all the time. But the better the shoe the longer it will last. I hope this helped.
