  1. Non-payment of rent - likely 4-6 weeks tops.

All other reasons, not much longer.

You will have an eviction on your record and will be back here asking why you can't qualify for a decent rental.

  2. Depending on the state law. In CA, it takes only bout 10 days. Other states may take up to 30 to 45 days. If your LL successfully evict you, it'll ruin your credit and it'll be near to impossible for you to rent in the future. On the 3 day notice, there should be a reason whether fail to pay rent, or breach of contract, etc. If you correct the problem, you'll be fine. Don't wait for your LL to file to court for eviction.

  3. Florida is THE worse state to get evicted in.  The courts are extremely landlord friendly.

Once your landlord files, expect the court date within a week.  After losing in court, the sheriff will come within a few days to have you forcably removed.
