How long do I have?

ok, I took the written part of my cosmo exam and passed it on 1/12/2007....they sent me a post card stating that I was eligilble to take the practical portion on 1/30/2007. The card also states the my eligibility expires 1 year after they approved my application? Does this mean that I am not eligible anymore? Has my time expired? I have emailed Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations(TDLR). All answers appreciated.

You may need to call or send a letter by snail mail ( I would call first and try to get a real human to talk to)  Probably your eligibility has expired, but you may be able to get an extension or retake the test.
