I made a poor decision and traded in my neon for a Jeep Cherokee which is what I wanted to begin with. I love it but Ive had nothing but problems with it in the whole week Ive had it. I bought it as-is on July 4th and called them the same day and told them it needed some things they fixed them except the gas guage and now Im driving around with a baby and a gas jug. I asked them several times for my vehicle back and I keep getttin a run around. Please help

  1. I'm not sure what state your in but california we have a law thats called the Lemon Law it's to protect the buyer from sellers like the you are dealing with!

  2. There is no return on car purchases. They will not undo the deal. As IS also means no warranty on you Jeep.Lemon law only covers new cars. As far as your trade it now belongs to the dealer. If they have not sold it or sent it to the auction you might be able to buy it as you would a used car but you don't just get it back. The time to check out a car and do your homework is before you buy not after......................UJN
