I ordered it thru a local bridal salon and they said they will call me back. I'm anxious. What's the average time?

  1. Typically they give you a four to six week window of time that it takes for deliver, but mine only took about three and a half weeks.

However, I ordered mine through David's Bridal.

My suggestion to you would be call them and ask them how long exactly it should take.  You need to have enough time to factor in alterations as well.  If your wedding isn't closer than three or four months though, I wouldn't be worried at all.

  2. my daughters both took atleast 3 months

  3. The most is four months but they usually tell you, you should give them a call, good luck and congratulations!!!

  4. the place that i got my dress said 2-12 weeks...congratulations!!

  5. 8 months AT THE MOST! Depending on your gown, i'd say at least 2and 1/2 weeks! Congratulations!

  6. My dress is taking approx 9 months. I ordered it in September and they said it will arrive around end of August beginning of September. So I am getting really excited!! Fingers crossed I still like it as much as I did when I ordered it...lol

  7. It depends on where you get it.  I bought a sample at David's Bridal and took it home that day.  Custom gowns can take as long as 6 months.

I believe the average is anywhere between 3-4 months though!
