  1. Depends on how tender you want the ribs, but I parboil for 45 min. - 1hr. then I put bbq sauce on them and bake  at 350 for 45 min. I baste the ribs every 15 min. with sauce.

  2. I parboil  baby back ribs in beer seasoned with lime juice at a very low simmer until the meat is just about ready to fall off of the bones.  Remove and place on a medium grill and baste with BBQ sauce that has been doctored with some Jack Daniels and a little cayenne pepper.  Grill until the BBQ sauce is glazed over.  Simple and delicious.

  3. What kind of ribs?  Pork or beef?

Also, Why would you parboil ribs?  Parboiling boils out flavor and makes stock for soup.

For pork ribs, season your ribs and bake at 200F to 225F for about 4 hours.

  4. depends what  kind of ribs,  beef until the meat is kind of tender, pork I bar-b-Que first most of the fat, then I put in a deep cooking pan and pour my sauce over it, foil tight, and bake until meat almost falls off the bone, then I remove the foil and brown out 15 minutes give or take ( I put slices of onion in the mix and as they turn I know they are done)

  5. Bon Appetit recommends parboiling PORK ribs, and pre-roasting BEEF ribs (dredged in flour, paprika, salt & pepper) for about 45 min before roasting.  Then, I put either one on a baking sheet (with a dry rub), covered with foil, and slow roast at 250-300 for about 2 hours.  Uncover and baste with some BBQ sauce and continue roasting another hour or so, uncovered, basting occasionally.
