If its a dlp or lcd type projector your looking at 15 plus years easily. Both technologies were designed to last. But that isnt the bulb life, which is about 2000 to 3500 hours depending on the lamp setting you select. With everyday use of a projector expect to replace that bulb every 12 to 16 months at about $300 a pop.
