  1. my cat Detail was 18 1/2 when she passed away at the beginning of July. Her brother, Tom, passed away at 17 yrs of age. If you take good care of them, they can live for 20-25 yrs.

  2. My sweet adorable cat lived to be 18 years old and recently died and I miss her so much! Her name was Mystery! Beautiful inside and out and she loved me so much as I her!

So if you kitty cat is in good health maybe 4 or more years you get to enjoy her presence! Cheers!

  3. She could live as long as 8 more years! The oldest cat alive was in the upper twenties I think. As long as you take care of her she should live a while! longer!

  4. my cat is like eleven and going strong she used to have heart problums but they went away

  5. Maggie,

She can live another 6 - 8 years, if she's healthy now and you keep her that way.

Have you and your vet discussed a "senior" diet for her?

Keep all her vaccinations up-to-date, keep her on a good heartworm preventive, keep loving and grooming her.

  6. Ruling out health problems indoor cats can live for up to 18 years & over. With regular check ups, good diet & dental hygiene plus plenty of exercise & social stimulation you should have at least another 6 years or more, only mother nature truly knows.

  7. about 20 years some a little longer but rare

  8. House cats can usually live for 16+ years when properly cared for.   Actual care/health care/etc all play a part in the lifespan.  Here is a link you might look at:
