I wouldnt do it in microwave hun

maybe wrap some tin foil and put in oven(with lemon and some chopped herbs) and roast,

Or pan fry or poach in milk.

If you have 2 do it in microwave i would keep on checking as differant heats ect diffrant microwaves,untill its all a shiny white colour and flake off easily is a tell tale sign its cooked x*x

It should say on the packet... if not then its's not for the microwave!!

To be honest nothing taste that good in the microwave cook it instead!

It will take about 1 minute to cook, or maybe even less, keep an eye on it to avoid overdoing it. The microwave is ideal for cooking cod and other white fish, it will be delicious as long as it is not overcooked. Those who are saying don't do it have obviously never tried it, or if they did try it they overcooked it.

put in foil pouch and season it then bake it at 350 for 15 minutes

as everyone else has said, it would be better baked, or grilled.

If you MUST microwave it, then put the microwave on medium - it wont take very long...perhaps even less than 1 minute.  Check it every 30 seconds to make sure its not overcooking - you want it to be just turning opaque in the centre, and remember things keep cooking for a short while after you take them out of the microwave!
