Just take one in the morning when you wake up.  Your first morning urine is usually most accurate 'cause it has been in your bladder all night.  Good luck!

they say use the morning urine because you have been sleeping for a while but if you want to take it anytime try to go four hours. If you can't you can get a plastic container and collect your urine for four hours then test it. You can collect it for up to 24 hours after that the levels drop down half way!! good luck
