  2. id set it up direct debit if i were you...

  3. It'll say on your bill... but they wont cut you off for ages. If you tell them you're having trouble paying for it they can create a payment plan so you pay the debt off in installments. If you fail to keep these up the send the debt to a debt collection company who will write to you to arrange repayment. You can do the same thing with them but if you stop repaying eventually they will send someone to your house. It's best to not leave it this long, pay it as soon as you can and avoid all the hassle - but I remember when I first left home thinking they'd be banging on my door straight away and it took a lot longer than I imagined for anyone to get in touch with me about seriously repaying the debt, like at least 3 months of non payment. This is in the UK though, I don't know where you're based.

  4. until you get the one in red writing

  5. Take a look on the bill, it should tell you on there!

  6. You have to pay it for as long as you continue to use the service.

  7. Make 'em wait 'till you receive the red letter through the post. Then pay the rip-off, overcharging..............

  8. If it's BT (or maybe other companies do a similar thing) you can ring them and ask for more time to pay, sometimes up to 4 or 5 weeks, and they ask if you want to pay all at once on the agreed date or in two payments :-)  x

  9. If you know you will have the money to pay it on a certain date, then best to phone them and ask them to give you until then. If with BT they are normally very understanding, but not too sure with others. Phone them anyway, but don't leave it too long after getting the bill in.
