  1. A pound is 3500 calories.  By trying to exercise 30 to 1hr a day, and cutting a little bit of calories, then you should be able to lose around easily 3 lbs a week.


  2. GoRun has it.  One pound = 3500 calories.

    Running one mile = 100 calories (more or less)

    35 miles = 3500 calories = 1 pound.

    Dietary control is a little easier.  Just don't eat that McDonalds.

  3. i don't know how long but you it does take a lot to lose a pound.  just eat healthy and exercise regularly.  don't over excert!
