  1. Run for about 30-50 minutes.

  2. In terms of per day - I would recommend about 40 minutes or an hour if you can manage it 3 or 4 times a week. You'll see your fitness improve after about 2 weeks. The key for weightloss is to keep moving not to break any speed records so set out at a gentle pace and give your body time to settle into a rythm. If you get a stitch make sure you're breathing out all the way. Really make sure you are emptying your lungs and relax. If I'm nervous I stitch up. If you are tired and feel like you need to stop walk rather than stopping and pick up again when you can. Run with a few friends if possible - makes it much easier to get out there.

For weight loss, think about diet too. I would guess you'll burn about 500 kcal on that 40 min run. Check the food labels on your food to see how little food this really is.

Most of all - enjoy. Getting and being fit is great. Ther are all types of long and short term benefits. The human animal is meant to move around and be active and is much happier doing so.

  3. Everyone is different. I start to see results within a week and feel great.  Try what your body allows at first, then work your way up each and every time. When i stop for months at a time i start by running like 2 to 3 miles tops, then work it up as my body and fitness levels allows(usually 6 to 10 miles a session) but you can also go shorter distance and do intense intervals for increased fitness and faster metabolism.

  4. Now whenever it comes to weight loss you should follow these simple steps that have helped me tremendously lose weight, pretty quickly if you ask me.  And I've been trying to lose weight forever and finally found the correct system to help me out...

The first thing you need to do is about 30 minutes of cardio everyday,  try to get at least 3-4 days of that people...Exercising is one very important issue you don't want to be lazy in.

The second thing you should realize is that you cannot eat everything in sight that probably got you looking the way you are right now or the reason you want to lose weight.  The pounds come with the food you eat.  How do you stop yourself from eating and get a little boost with ousting fat from the food you eat?  Simple...

The third and final step is the correct natural weight loss supplement.  For me,  I found Proactol to be the best.  Now this isn't aimed towards lazy people that want to take a pill and sit on the couch all night and day.  These are to tremendously help out with dieting and exercising.  For me they were great because with my diet,  they basically take out up to 28% of the fat you intake.  Not to mention the killer appetite suppressant Proactol is.  Every day you will fall under your calorie intake and find yourself one more day closer to your goal.

These steps really worked for me,  you should try them out for yourself even if you want to lose very little or that extra mile.  Also at the time of my 3 month supply purchase of Proactol,  I saved a lot of money on it at theweightlossplace.com

Good luck and I hope this helps you out for your weight loss goals.

  5. Well, one lb of fat = 3,000 calories.  2 kg = 3.2 lb = 9,600 calories.  I do not know your weight but if you lose 300 calories per day, you will lose 2 kg in 32 days (about a month).  I wouldn't recommend losing more than that b/c your body might go into emergency mode and think it is starving and instead of losing weight, it will retain every calories and store it as fat.  At the same time, losing too much weight (like not eating), will make you feel like c**p.

In general, it is not only running that you need to lose weight and be less moody. It also has to do with your diet.

Cut down on process sugar (coke, candies), junk food (burger king, mcdonalds, fried food, chips, cookies).

Eat more veges and fruits.  Pasta, whole grain.  That should help.  If you want to not feel hungry all the time, eat food with fiber.  Carrots and yams are great.
