How long do i have to wait before i can use my new pool?

I added the acid a day ago, and the person that came which turned on the pumps told me that i could swim in the pool.

You had to get a PH kit with the pool, if not, go purchase one-- once the PH is acceptable, you can swim in it....you don't want to ruin your bathing suits or burn your skin so check the PH first.
