How long do i leave sea salt on my nose piercing?

I just got it done for the THIRD time, and this time i want to make sure it wont get infected. So how long do i leave the sea salt there? How often should i clean it? Can i leave the sea salt there over night? HELP & THANKS for the answers.

It's 1/4 teaspoon sea salt per 8oz warm water... sea salt should be dissolved.

soak 5 - 10 minutes then use a clean q tip to wipe around the piercing.

You dissolve it in water. Like above said..

About 5 minutes should do. Either use a q-tip or cotton pad.
