How long do i need to disconnect limewire for the bars to turn green?

I have done it b4 i have disconnected it for a minute and then all the bars turned green then i tried again another dfay 1 min didnt work so then i accidently left it diconnected for 1/2 an hour it worked so i tried both today but non of the times would work does any1 know how long i need to disconnect it for?
