im starting highschool tomorrow, (first day, freshman)
and i want to lose some fat in my stomach, love handles,
and fat between my legs, (dont pervert it).
my mom got a treadmill and i want to use it everyday, but how long do i need to use it each day (running) to lose 10 lbs or more in a month.
including crunches, or bicycle crunches, etc.
i know i have to eat healthy and skip junk food and fried foods, but i just want to know how long i need to run on the treadmill everyday to lose 10 lbs in a month.
im 14, 5 '5 and weigh about 140lbs.
i know its a little heavy for my height and age, but dont say im fat because im a serious soccer player and have a LOT of muscle in my legs, and thighs. so that is alot of my weight, im just looking to lose fat in my stomache and inner legs.
help please!
