  2. AT least 7 to 10 years and they can keep rehatching it if that company sells the note.  If it's old enough you can also try to have the credit companies remove it from your credit report.

    You should use credit repair agency to fix your credit - for example this one - http://buildcredit.ifastnet.com - They can clean lots of bad stuff from your credit report - and do it much faster than yourself, so your credit will go up fast.

  5. most judgments stay on  your credit for 7 years.   if you pay on it,  the judgment will not be removed but will show on your credit that you paid the judgment.

    i don't know what your finances are like but if you have a judgment on your credit, you can probably negotiate and get it reduced by at least 1/2, but probably more.
