How long do space brownies take before they work?

added 2 teaspoons ground weed t a small batch of brownies consisting of 150g butter, 200g dark chocolate, 200g sugar, 5ml vanilla, 3 eggs and 75g flour.

You did not use enough marijuana... and you did not make them right. It's best to make "cannabutter". I don't think it will work at all.

But, if you had done it right it still would take awhile to work depending on your stomach contents.
