How long do suger glinders live?

i want one but in 5 years i am going to college and my dad doesnt want to take care of them

Sugar gliders usually live between 12-15 years, so that's probably not a good pet for you. Plus, they are considered exotic & aren't good pets for children. They also can die of loneliness.

They are smelly & don't really make good pets at all.

sugar gliders live about 4-5 years

but why do you want something

that wont be cared for

when your away

so I wouldn't get one unless I first got some one that would take care of it when I went to school

or wait until I was back from school

because Life changes

and who knows you might not want it later

and it is a life
