This depends on how much you've taken and how strong they were.  I'd say a few to several hours.  If you are having a problem with this now you need to get to a safe place, with safe people and be in a relaxing and quiet environment til it passes.  And don't smoke any pot or drink any alcohol or take any other kind of drug...that could cause the effect to become stronger.

Shrooms can last a while (up to 7 hours on a long trip, maybe longer but im not sure) but you shouldn't be feeling paranoia or anxiety.  Just relax and let the trip take you

I used to take them by the handful when I was in Okinawa, Japan.  Not sure about different kinds, but I would say 2-3 hours.
