Take the age of your grandparents when they died, and add 8 years.  Subtract 15 years if you smoke.  Subtract 10 years if you don't follow doctors orders.  Subtract a year for every 5 pounds overweight.

If you g'parents are still alive, take the age of your great-grandparents, and add 10 years.

i'm 23 now... guess we'll find out if i was right in a couple more years.

I have had to keep changing my estimate. When I was 18 I would not have thought I would make it to 30 ( lots of s*x, drugs, rock-n-roll, extreme sports, and life threatening experiences ). Anyway, now I'm 47 and I have slowed down some. I would have to believe that the toll I have taken on myself will have its repercussions. So, I'm now estimating 65 to 70 years old.
