How long do u have to live in uk to become citizen?

Question

i am under 18 i lived in uk for 7 years now. i have also not been out the uk for more than 3 months, do you think that i could get naturalized?

and am i going to keep my other passport?

You need to have live in the UK for 5 years LEGALLY. That includes one year holding Indefinate Leave to Remain. Also as you are under 18 you cannot apply for yourself. Your legal guardian must apply and they will fufil the requirements.

The UK allows for dual citizenship. It is up to you to find out if the country of your nationality will allow you to keep your other passport if you obtain UK citizenship.
