  1. After all this time I doubt if they will ever be able to live "normal" lives.

  2. According to the experts interviewed on Radio Austria International, the children may never have a normal life. They have no pigmentation in their skin from the lack of exposure to sun light. Their eyesight is affected from the same cause. They do not speak any language, but are verbal only with grunts.

I listen to that station's pod cast in English every day.

  3. it will take a long time.

  4. They will always have problems, thanks to the horrible things they witnessed and experienced. They will never have a "normal" life. With support though, they may experience a better life...

  5. years

  6. How can their lives ever be normal like us, we have not had to go through the suffering as they have, but it will take years, to adjust to a new way of life for them.

  7. The doctors think it will take at least 8 years of therapy.

They will have to change their names and who knows

what the future holds for those children, their genetic make up

    my cause them health problems.

  8. The youngest one, who is five, may go on to live a relatively "normal" life - as for the others probably never. The ones who went to live upstairs may be okay at some point. As for going out on their own who knows, cases like this are practically unheard of so no one can say, and each person is different. The fact they witnessed all the goings on down there will have a big impact, the damage is done now and I'd say it's pretty irreversable!

  9. Maybe never.
