How long do you have to have your permit?

Okay so November 7th it will be 6 months and i fersure can get my license after that.

But there is this concert i AM DYING to go to and its november 9th.

well you see the seventh is a friday and the ninth sunday so i was wondering if i could get it maybe thursday?

in washington it has to be exactly six months.. no sooner.

can be later but you get what i mean.. i hope? =]
