How long do you have to lift weights for until you see major results?

I've been doing it for a month now and I think I see small results.

  2. It takes a long time to see really good results. Weight training is about persistance and dedication. It also depends on how much you do, your sleeping habits, and eating habits. Realistically, you should only gain 1-2 pounds of muscle per week if you are body building. Anything more is probably body fat. Losing weight also takes time if that is your goal. If it is, try to add some more cardio. Like HIIT cardio
