  1. It depends on the state. I live in Michigan and schools here you have to live here for at least a year and have some kind of proof to qualify for in state. But I went to school in Alabama and went to the Registrar's officer and changed from out of state to in state in a week. So it depends on the state. Look it up on their website and you should find out.

  2. You must be a resident for one year to qualify for in-state tuition. You should also at least know how to spell the name of the city where you plan to live.. San Diego..

  3. Do you have family or friends who would let you use their address? Then you could just say you were there all of the time. Otherwise, you will have to use the 'telephone method.' This way, you will succeed in finding out what residency is required BEFORE you attempt to apply to an educational institution. I wish you well. What shall we then say to these things? If GOD be for us, WHO can be against us? - Romans 8:31. The Lord daily loadeth us with BENEFITS, even the GOD of our salvation. Selah. - Psalm 68:19.  Peace!!!
