Do you mean a Naturopathic physician?  Homeopathy is one of the tools that a Naturopath uses.  Its a Bachelor's degree.  3-5 years.

Homeopathy is bogus and doesn't work. The most you'll get is a placebo effect.

Giving people water won't cure anything. There is no evidence that homeopathy works, and miles of evidence that it doesn't. For homeopathy to work, we would have to throw out our current model of physics.

If you really want to help people, become a doctor or a nurse.

Depends on the school and country your are in.

Some insist you are a doctor, nurse of chiropractor before you can use homeopathic remedies.

so varies from 3 years in some places and other you have to go through 5 to 7 years of training plus the homeopathic course.

Some make homeopaths illegal.  So you need to inquire locally as to the rules that govern your situation.

I took three years course, plus I took extra training as the school was a little short on Material Medical training taking an extra 600 hours with Robin Murphy's taped? CD course to get the extra help in that department and is a good course to take (no certificate though) but good to do extra or if you are just using it for your own use sort of thingI

I have been more pleased though with the Australian Bush Flower Essences system of treating illness, though I found the above course helpful as they had more help in counseling and  repertoryzing that I use when doing a case with the ABFE.

German New Medicine was also helpful in choosing the right approach in treating with either modalities but easier with the ABFE as you do not have to go through layers to get to treat the emotional shock that triggered off the illness susceptibility.
