How long do you have to wait for a K-3 Visa to the US?

Question

I applied for the I-130 immigrant Visa and it actually only took three weeks to get the I-797C (Notice of Action). I know that it can take a year or two to get the Visa approved but now with the K-3 Visa you can get temporary approval for your spouse to come to the US.

I submitted the I-129 immediately and was wondering if anyone had any recent experience with the time frame for approval of the K-3 Visa.
