How long do you have to wait for your passport at office when applying for renewal i have an appointment?

i have an appointment at the passport office at 8 am but just wondering if anyone knows how long i will be waiting there for it as it states on the website that you go for your appointment then you wait a few hours and then you pick it up???

It depends upon the location of the passport office and the time of year.  Large offices (eg NYC) at peak periods can be a 10-hour wait between the time you ACTUALLY have your appointment and when you can pick up the passp[ort.  (BTW: same day pick-ups are loimited to true emergencies (you'll need written proof of the nature of the emergency).

Solution:

1) Call your passport office and ask them for "typical" waiting times.  Then be prepared for an a-typically long wait.

it depends the country....either u take it directly..not even 1hour...or u should retur back after 25 days......
