How long do you have to wait get your drivers license?

Back in november i passed the perimit test, but recieved my hardcopy ID back in march. When does the 6 month wait start, back in march or november

The sixth-month wait starts after the permit was issued (November). And seeing that it is now June, it has been more than six months and you are free to get your drivers license. :-)
