I do leg raises in reps 25 and do 4 sets.I raise to 90 degrees for 5 seconds for rest then bring my legs down and hold for 10 seconds and this is one rep.How long should I hold and how long will it take me to build abs, and I also do 100 crunches, and 100 side crunches.If anyone can give me any other workout that dose not use equipment, I'll give them 10 pts.
