  1. You can just wash them now,but I recommend boiling the nipples for 10 minutes when your doing a round of bottle washing,it kills the bacteria that has gotton on the nipples.


  2. You can just wash them everytime. You can sterlize them every week if you wish, but it is not nessacary (sp?)

  3. I would say up till 6 months unless you are storing milk in them. So if you make up a days milk , put it in the bottles in the fridge I would continue to sterilise as milk grows bacteria very quickly, otherwise just wash in hot soapy water and rinse well. Hope this helps :)

  5. If you're formula feeding- no need to sterilize ever.  Formula itself isn't sterile, so sterilizing the bottles is pointless.

  6. It's good practice to sterilize them when they are brand new before their first use, but even then it isn't necessary.  A good washing with a bottle brush, hot water, and dish soap is just fine starting from day one.
