I don't think she should be punished at all. The other girl initiated contact and then stood over top of her. Parker did what anybody would have done in trying to protect herself. It is ironic that a Bill Laimbeer player would do something like that.

I personally think she should only be suspended a game because Pierson was the one who initiated the contact by boxing out Parker too roughly and she was the one who walked over and got in her face. The WNBA will probably make it a 2 or 3 game suspension.
