Seriously, Steel-cut oatmeal, every day. Thats it.

(Note my willpower is pretty strong when i set my mind.)

Oh, and a multivitamin every day.

  1. Hard to say. Your deterioration due to multiple nutritional deficiency diseases would be gradual. You would feel very lousy long before you were on the brink of death.

  2. as long as you want

just make sure you get plenty of iron if its not in that pill

dont forget that calcium is a must for women

  3. not very long...it will soon wear you out

  4. I would recomend eating real food.

Why would you WANT to do that anyway?

    Enjoy culinary variations.

  5. Two days then your guts will hurt pretty badly.

  6. Isn't Oatmeal predominantly carbohydrates? if you only ate this, it will probably bloat your stomach out and make it look fatter. You probably are just suffering from a bloated stomach. You are better off  doing a juice detox. Drink lots of water to flush out your toxins and take a supplement that stops bloating.

  7. JUST oatmeal?

If you ate enough of it, for ages. You still wouldn't be very healthy - multivitamin isn't a great substitute for the real thing.

But chances are you WOULDN'T eat enough calories a day and your body would go into starvation mode.

  8. ARE YOU INSANE???!?!?!?!?

    you weigh 140 lbs???!?!? and you're 6'1"

that's not good... i weigh more than you and stand at 5'8"

... you should concentrate on GAINING weight!!

and oatmeal taste good so i bet you could do it

  9. yummm oatmeal....i love mixing maple brown surgar, and cinimon apple together...yummm

  10. Not very long.. there is a reason why the term "balanced diet" was coined

Your will power may be strong, but seems misplaced on this one

PS Use some of that vaunted  will power to start exercising and to stop overeating and you may solve your apparent weight problem without resorting to ridiculous gimmick or fad "miracle" diets

  11. Don't do it, it's not healthy.

My grandma, who can barely walk, went on Jenny Craig and lost 40 pounds quickly. Stick to it and it'll work.

  12. Though oatmeal is addicting (especially hemp oatmeal) you want to eat all things in moderation, for your health.

  13. Not long, you need your daily intake on other pure source of protein, Omega 3, fibre, calcium.

+ your diet reminds me of horses...no offence.lol.

  14. Not long before you'd develop severe malnutrition. The million dollar question here is WHY would you want to live off of oatmeal?

  15. -37 seconds

  16. Not a healthy idea. I aw a medical show once where a three year old boy would eat nothing but oatmeal. The parents just kinda gave up trying other stuff because thats all he would eat. He ended up with scurvey, the old pirates disease, for the lack of nutrients he should have been getting from other things. I wouldn't trust getting what you really need from any pill.

  17. go ask a horse
