i would say until the babies start school... which will happen some time in the next 2 seasons. i would imagine they'll do specials every year or so to follow their progression, but once they're in school all day the ability to actually shoot episodes will go way down.

It has to stay on until the sextuplets are in at least high school.  I adore that show completely!!!!

aww this show just makes me smile so much every time i watch it! i think that they will continue though because so many people are interested in the kids and who they will grow up to be. i know i am! and yeah sometimes kate turns me off a bit but its just her personality is stronger than jons, but they seem to love each other and their kids so that's all that counts. i shouldn't pick favorites because all 8 of the kids are adorable but i must say i love watching alexis and leah the best. :)

it never said "Jon and Kate and their 8 little kids" so they might still be doing it until their all teenagers, I really like the show and I HOPE they don't cancel for a long time!
