How long do you think it'll be before America (really) comes together as people?

I mean...if you think about it, America is still so divided. Democrats-Republicans, Blacks-White-Hispanic, g*y-Staright, etc.

Tell Me what you think.

I think we will all come together when people stop throwing the race card out there, I think that it is the biggest problem, people bring up the past too much get over it, it didn't happen to them or me or you, it happened it was wrong but enough already.

That will never happen. There are too many people with different ideas, beliefs etc. to fully come together.

America is not a monolithic society.  It never has been and it never will be.  The divisions you write about are petty differences in the grand scheme of things.  If you spend a little time in "fly over" country you'll find this out.

There could have been many differences on ideologies, religion and political views but Americans are still united.

more & more america is coming together. and thier about fed up with the intrusive people from other countries constantly thinking they have some right to force thier rude behavior & customs upon others that  pay the taxes to cover thier expense's from uninsured accidents to medical care. Sooner or later all has it's checks & balances.

Look   deep and you will see the  real America. It lives in our  hearts! We respect each other even if they     are different,  and stupid  or  too smart for thier own good, or go to different church than I do, or stay   home. What's the difference then that makes each of us love each other, its our freedom!!

We may disagree  with each other but will defend to the death their right to say it. And  when America is attacted,  we all join up   to defend our great country, short, tall, young, old, christian, non-christian, the color of the rainbow, smart, dumb, rich and poor all join together to fight for our great country

I believe the Federal Government is actively involved in social engineering they should stop immediately.  When that happens, they do an excellent job of driving our people apart.
