  1. Definately.  People always need to find something to believe in wether it be a god, a belief, or even the Earth itself.  Mankind had religion since the very beginning and it will keep on going until the very end.

  2. Hopefully people will realize that religion is killing this world and stop practicing it. If you look back in history, some of the bloodiest battles took place because of religion. For example, the Crusades! This world is better without religion.

  3. Not in any near future and reasons aren't faith, belief or any such tendencies but it's present corporate character.Religions provide livelihood to millions of people and powers(social, economical as well as political powers) to the well placed people in their graded rank structure and has a trillion dollars  worth of annual turn over .As a corporate body,it's the biggest establishment in the world and provides creature comforts for much lessor efforts than any other source of employment/profession and above all unquestioned authority and social veneration. There is nothing to wonder but be assured that religions are here to stay unless they get kicked out through some sort of an unprecedented world wide social revolution. The chances are next to nil.Still wondering?

  4. i don't think it is practiced by the majority now. if you read the bible it warns that is a sign of the end times. also, once the rapture takes place with all christians taken to heaven, the holy spirit will leave this earth. there will be people who get saved in that time but it will not be many. there will still be churches, but they will be underground churches. believing in god will get you persecuted.

    hope this answers your question.

  5. Not for much longer.

  6. Always.

  7. Thankful answers it aptly. People just will not give it up. And  people often switch rather than give up religions for a variety of reasons.

One reason is that religion is a way of life. Christianity is the proponent of the values of love and respect.  In Islam, the life of the holy prophet (s.a.a.w)  provides a challenge for all follower. Both provide a guide as to how we should and do live our lives.  Religion is thus a way of life and it will therefore never end.
