How long do you think this recipe will take?

I am planning on cooking this, but I'm starting to run short of time...Can you tell me how long the cook time or the prep time would be appromoximately?

if you marinade the way it says your prep time will be about 1 hour 20 minutes.. 20 minutes to chop stuff up and 1 hours to let it marinade

It shouldnt take to long to cook.. the rice will take about 25 minutes to cook and about 15 for the stir fry its self would be my guess..

I'd say

Prep time: 20 mins (including the time to precook the rice)

Cook time: 15mins

But you need to marinate the chicken for 1 hour so give yourself 2 hours to cook this recipe just to play it safe

If you are short on time, you may choose not to marinate the chicken, as directed in the first step. However, it is recommended in order to achieve a rich, garlicky flavor.  If you marinade the chicken the prep time will be at least an hour.  Stir frying is very quick, so your will be done stir frying before the rice is done.  Rice takes about 25 minutes.
