How long do you wait for ebay purchase to arrive?

I spent $60 on some Walter Payton cards on Ebay. It's been about 10 days and I haven't heard anything from the seller. I paid him instantly. How long do you typically wait for your purchase to arrive before taking the next step and what would the next step be?

you definiyely should of gotten it already.  i ordered a ring from Japan and it got here in PA in ten days.  if you do not get it in 2 days,contact the seller,and find out what is going on.  i ordered alot of other stuff and it only took 3 days.  But definitely contact the seller.Good Luck
