Depends... sometimes after 2 or 3 times of wearing it or after 2 days in a row. I'll use them until they don't fit or get damaged, whichever comes first

I wash them every time I wear them, on a rare occasion I'll wear them twice. And I keep them until they wear out or they no longer fit.

most of the time one month or two. i will wash when it gets soft and 'furry' and when it expends. i used it about a year already.
