How long does Parcel Post take from Las Vegas, NV to Los Angeles, CA?

I sent out a good size package that weighs about 30lbs that I sold on ebay. I shipped it on Monday April 21, 2008 and it is now Saturday May 3, 2008 and the buyer claims that the package still has not been delivered. He put a hold on my paypal account until the package arrives(which I understand). Im still a newbie and forgot to purchase Delivery confirmation so there is no way to track the item.

Is there anything else I can do to prove that this package was delivered?

With parcel post it can take 7-9 days on average but sometimes it has taken even more. There is really nothing you can do to prove you mailed this. All you can really do is ask the buyer to be patient and promise them it is coming. With ebay's rules you will have to refund if they do not recieve the package.
