I took it when I woke up at 930am, and at 1130am I threw up and was hoping that I didn't throw up the meds.

Unless you are on an extended release formula of a drug, two hours is sufficient time to pass that little bit into your system. Digestion varies with regard to the amount of time involved but two pills (capsules especially, since the contents are smaller) should be mostly to entirely broken down in 45 minutes to one hour. Two hours can even be enough time to pass a meal, though it depends upon what was eaten.
