How long does Sitebuilder take to build the first index for use by the page search function?

I added the page search function 2-3 days ago. It performs a search but doesn't show any results, even on key words that I know exist.

My results page is in the same directory as all of my other pages.

Try doing a search on "Sitebuilder help" and see if there's a forum with Q/As.
