How long does one tylenol extra strangth last?

i want to be able to take the next pill before i get the pain again.

i know, i am being a "p***y"...

You can take 2 500mg (Extra strength) every 6-8 hrs . but what you can do to help with the pain . you can take 600mg of Motrin in between your tylenol so that you never  go with out a dose of pain medication . just remember that you can only you should wait 6hrs between each dose each can be taken every 6-8 hrs . good luck
