How long does Vitex stay in your system?

Question

I have been taking vitex everyday for over a year now. I should be starting clomid within the next few months, and I know that you are not supposed to take vitex and clomid at the same time.

I stopped taking the vitex 2 days ago. Will the vitex still be in my system in a few months..If so, will it decrease the effectiveness of the Clomid at that time?

I can't imagine that Vitex will effect the effectiveness of Clomid but you may want to check with your doctor.
