I am ready to incorpoaorate, I am afraid that it will close doe to no income, can I still keep it if I pay all the necessary taxes and dues?

  1. AS long as they have cash to pay the bills.

    The investors can put in cash forever.

    I have a corporation with no activity in years.  I pay the annual registration and it stays alive.
