I say 15 years for the state of Washington.  I don't drink and I don't drive, so I do not have to worry about it.

That drink is more expensive than you think. Your insurance will be higher based on it, besides the fine you pay for being ticketed and other legal expenses. Take these 11 years to thik it over and decide if you will risk it again. Another one will be worse. You don't want to find out, do you?

In my town they take your car when they bust you for DUI. There are always tons of cars for auction that come from this- nice cars- expensive cars. They make you go to AA for a year and if you miss a meeting the year starts all over again.

12 years from the date of the conviction and not the offence.

To be accurate, it remains on your licence for 11 years, but is only counted for "totting-up" for 10 years.
