How long does a dwi stay in your driving record in AR when under the age of 21?

i got a dwi in apr. 2005 when i was 19 and was charged also minor in posession and I was wandering how long will it stay in my driving record in arkansas?

  1. A dwi stays on your driving record for ten years, no matter how old you were when you were ticketed.


  2. In Australia its 7 years, then it goes to microfisch or disc after that in case you reoffend, but if its been 7 years and they are just doing a licence check etc., then it wont appear, hope that helps, goodluck!
