How long does a fiance visa last before it expires after its issued?

K1 Visa is one time entry visa. She has up to 6 months to activate, meaning to enter US. Once she enters in US, the visa is no longer valid to enter US and she has 90 days to get married to maintain her K1 visa requirement. And after the marriage, she has to files I-485, Adjustment of Status for Green card. If she doesn't get married within 90 days, she becomes out of status.
